Denticon stays your practice management system, your schedule and your source of truth. This is an add-on that connects to your Denticon account through our cloud sync. Not a replacement, and not a migration.
Denticon is cloud-based, so nothing goes on your operatory machines. Planet DDS enables data access for your organization, a small sync utility runs on one office computer, and your schedule, patients and insurance start syncing. There is no data migration and no conversion, and your Denticon setup keeps working exactly as it does today.
When a visit is on your synced Denticon schedule, the patient gets a link by text or email. They complete intake, medical history and consent forms on their phone, sign, and photograph the front and back of their insurance card. Forms work in the patient's own language and are translated for your team.
Each submission becomes a signed PDF with the insurance card images attached. Where your Denticon access accepts documents, it is filed to the patient automatically; otherwise it's one click to download from your dashboard and attach. Changes to medical history are flagged so the provider sees what's new.
You can start with forms the same day, before the sync is even connected: share a link and patients start filling them out. Connecting your Denticon account adds automatic sends ahead of each scheduled visit. We set up your existing forms for you, so your team doesn't rebuild them.
